Strategic Visibility for a
Founder-Level Leader
The Challenge
S01
Nathalie wasn’t just CGO at Maker Lab - she was the engine behind APAC growth, culture, and leadership. But her influence stayed internal. Exhausted and under-recognised, she lacked a long-term identity to carry her forward. She didn’t want to leave. She just wanted to be seen for the impact she already had.
The Approach
S02
I worked with her through a bespoke Identity and Visibility engagement - three focused sessions designed to unpack the gap between her internal power and external absence. We didn’t begin with LinkedIn strategy. We began with a single question: What has this role taken from you?
These weren’t workshops. They were what she later called Content Therapy. We explored ambition, exhaustion, motherhood, loyalty, and leadership - and how each shaped her voice and visibility.
We reframed her role not as “the glue,” but as the growth engine: the operational force behind people, revenue, and direction. Her core narrative became clear: visible leadership isn’t self-promotion - it’s responsibility.
From there, I built a Strategic Visibility System: a personal narrative framework, editorial playbook, and four ghostwritten essays capturing her views on parenting, healthcare, growth, and identity. We also led award submissions, shaped internal visibility plays, and supported her through key promotions and leadership transitions. Every piece became part of a system - designed to scale her presence without stealing her time.
The Insight
S03
For many leaders, the question isn’t how to become someone new. It’s how to become visible as who they already are. Without structure, the loudest voices dominate. But with narrative infrastructure beneath them, quieter leaders can build the same kind of long-term momentum - on their own terms.
